My purpose and hope in my healing work is to help you reconnect with that powerful force and start you off on a healing journey; a journey that has no destination since the journey itself is the destination. Even if a few people with so called “incurable” diseases like cancer find hope and courage by starting on such a journey, I would consider my mission fulfilled. I hope to give you hope; hope that life can be lived with more joy, faith that we are not alone and helpless and never will be.

Reiki is a Healing technique that can be used for stress
reduction, relaxation and promotes healing. The Healing Art
of Reiki is said to have been rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui
in the early 1900's.

I receive many emails, phone calls, questions from people wanting to know more about my healing techniques; the healing methods and modalities that I practice. Although I have studied different forms of Reiki, Qigong, Quantum touch, Mudras, explored huna and dowsing, my experience as a healer has made me realize that all positive energy is healing energy. Many cultures since ancient times have acknowledged the wisdom that understands and accepts an unseen energy which flows through all living things and is connected to ease or disease.
Any energy that vibrates at a high frequency, comes directly from the Cosmic consciousness, is pure energy. White, Golden, Pink, Emerald Green, these are colors that radiate a pure healing energy. Negative energy is black, grey, brown, or a murky red. This energy is trapped, blocked, vibrating at a low frequency causing disease, emotional trauma and injury.
The ability to heal is a gift. It is a gift that everybody is born with; all of us possess. Unlike modern medicine which focuses on symptoms and relieving the symptoms, healing focuses on the root of the sickness and prevention. A perfect healing can only be successful if it heals the body, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Every disease is a choice. On some level, physical, emotional, spiritual or karmic. Healing occurs when one is convinced that if it was created through a choice, it can be healed through another choice, a choice that is committed to healing. It often is a powerful and profound path for spiritual growth tapping into a deep state of profound peace and serenity.
Healing can be described as a shift in the vibrational frequency of the body, a state that is easily attainable when one taps into the Universal life force of Cosmic energy. Unbalanced emotions is the biggest cause of the blockages in the body.
When we connect with our inner self, we become aware of our inner harmony. And our power of intuition becomes active. We become more in tune with the primordial healing energy that exists within all of us and this helps us to heal or get our life more in balance. Deep healing, healing the root cause of the dis-ease or imbalance, brings about a perfect healing, in body, mind and spirit.--- Indira Rao

Four years ago, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The doctors said
that there was no hope of my living. I was desperate since I have a wife
and two small children. I also have old parents who live with me.
